ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN
RETURNS ARE ONLY ACCEPTED FOR PRODUCTS WITH
MANUFACTURING DEFECTS.
THE ISSUE MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 48 HOURS OF DELIVERY.
A CLEAR AND COMPLETE UNBOXING VIDEO IS MANDATORY FOR REFUND ELIGIBILITY.

OUR TEAM WILL REVIEW THE REQUEST AND PROVIDE FURTHER INSTRUCTIONS.
IF APPROVED, THE PRODUCT MUST BE RETURNED UNUSED AND IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
REFUND POLICY
REFUNDS WILL ONLY BE ISSUED FOR MANUFACTURING DEFECTS.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED WITHOUT A COMPLETE AND CLEAR UNBOXING VIDEO.
ONCE THE RETURNED PRODUCT IS RECEIVED AND INSPECTED, A REFUND WILL BE PROCESSED WITHIN 7 BUSINESS DAYS.
